    Description:

    Altra~Etch is a single pack etch primer, conforms to AS 3884 Type 1 and AS 3750.17 Type 1. A single component, versatile etch primer suited to many light industrial and marine applications and may be top-coated with most finish coats. May be used as a pre-fabrication holding primer.

    Description:

    Description:

    A single-component durable, high performance direct-to-metal acrylic coating for use where excellent weathering properties and chemical resistance are required. Use as a direct-to-metal acrylic coating for tank exteriors, railcars, piping, and structural steel, as well as other exterior and interior uses. May also be used as a finish coat over recommended primers.

    Description:

    Penetrating primer/sealer for use on concrete substrates and Carboline Pyrocrete Fireproofing products. It performs extremely well in sealing cementitious surfaces and is designed to receive a variety of different generic types of finish coats. Some recommended uses of 1340 include the use as a curing compound or form release agent. When applied to “green” concrete it will retard the escape of moisture during the cure period. It is also excellent for use as a form release coating on plywood or steel forms.

    Description:

    Description:

    Description:

    Description:

    Description:

    High performance epoxy that has excellent resistance to fresh and salt water exposures. It contains an inert flake reinforcement (micaceous iron oxide) to enhance film strength and performance. This product is ideal for industrial or heavy duty marine environments for the protection of steel against salt laden environments.

    Description:

    This fast cure high build polyaspartic coating provides excellent corrosion protection as well as long term weatherability in just one coat. It can be applied direct to metal (DTM) at 150 to 250 microns dry film thickness (DFT) to eliminate the need for typical primers and/or intermediate coats. This significantly speeds up the painting process, saves labour, and saves money without sacrificing performance. If even better corrosion protection is desired it can be applied over our time proven Carbozinc or Carboguard primers.

    Description:

    Carbotherm 3300 is a ceramic blend insulative composite coating formulated in a high temperature resistant acrylic binder. It is ideally suited as a protective heat barrier to shield personnel from hot surfaces. It also inhibits heat transfer into or out of a structure. Its insulative properties keeps structures exposed to solar radiation significantly cooler. It can be used to minimize or eliminate sweating of pipes or other operating equipment.


  • Carboweld 11

    Description:

    Carboxane 2000 is a premium, ultra-durable coating that provides outstanding gloss and color retention for exterior exposures. When used over a suitable primer (as a two coat system) Carboxane 2000 provides the barrier properties normally seen using a three-coat system (primer, epoxy intermediate with an acrylic-polyurethane finish) for most environments. This tightly cross-linked film utilizes a UV-resistant siloxane binder resulting in a finish with outstanding barrier properties and weathering performance that far exceeds polyurethanes.

    Description:

    Description:

    A two-component, high solids, zinc rich epoxy primer formulated for the protection of properly prepared steel substrates. Carbozinc 859 EZ2 can be applied by conventional or airless spray. Typical applications include structural steel, tanks, piping, equipment and other miscellaneous parts in industrial or architectural projects.


  • Easy~Roll PUR Defoaming Additive

    Features:

    • Easy~Roll Defoaming Additive is a specially formulated additive for use in Carboline Carbothane® 134HG & Altex E~Line® 379 & 949 polyurethane coatings when they are to be applied by roller; such as for flooring or architectural wall coatings etc.
    • Easy~Roll Defoaming Additive reduces in-can foaming when mixing base and converter and allows the applied coating to flow out to a foam and bubble-free film.
    • Easy~Roll Defoaming Additive is conveniently pre-packaged for treatment of 4 litres, or multiples, of the relevant polyurethane Part A (Base) component.

    Description:

    Easy~Roll Defoaming Additive is specifically for use in selected Carboline and Altex polyurethane finishes and should only be used when applying the finish by roller or brush.

Thermaline 400 is typically used as a two coat primer & finish system.
